This is Pontigary (senior) on the horse. It was a poor photoshot I applied several Photoshop filters and achieved intetesting effects.

The neon edges looks really fitting here. The image quality however is very poor, too compressed.

i have found you can make very poor photos into great ones with just a little imagination & lots of filter playing!! :)
