On the beach, on a sunny day.. - for my dear friends. - A poser 12 Superfly render, with true volumetric atmosphere.😊💖🥰
The Superfly atmosphere is true volumetric, i.e. every single particle in the volume has computed position then it scatters light.
Render time 3 hours is actually extremy short for such dense 3D air, for this current render quality.
The scene is just a technological proof of concept, what Superfly can do. Be assured it can do way beyond that. I am sure there are many ways to implement it, it depends on what the Artist needs. I implemented this using the default construct.
The only light is the HDR. There is no other light source.
No postwork, never ever.

Impressive. Would be a really good atmosphere for a post apocalyptical scene. What sort of GPU are you running? Three hours seems lengthy, but I could imagine Superfly on high settings could test anything but a 3000 series....

Thank you for the generous words, my dear friend. An rtx 3070 + rtx 2060. The 3070 is a most top performance version, the 2060 is the lower end version. They both work together butter smooth, 45C on 3070 after 3 hours.😊💖💖💖💖💖💖🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

I'm still trying to figure out how to get the best results with the atmosphere. As you demonstrate it can really do a "pea soup fog" well but often I am looking for something a lot less intense. Thanks for sharing!
