So small, yet priced so high...seems to be the way of the world my friend! Thank's for sharing! :-)

Yes, indeed it is. The people in "developed countries" have been drawn into a culture dominated of materialism which they also sustain. Of course, not many afford such expensive toys, but many desire it, which leads to sadness and internal strife... The american saying applies all too well - buying things we don't need with money we don't have... Alas, by the looks of the world nowadays, we are in for a rude awakening... piece by piece, the world is coming apart. What use then would be toys like this, when even basic sustenance will be hard to find, not to mention spiritual help, which many already do need these days?..

I was in Wattens in the halls of Swarovski. It´s beautiful there and you can see many figures. Even egg-size Teddybears are expensive, but also beautiful.

Along the Danube near Vienna, there is a big manufacturing plant or somesuch for these crystals... so, one would think that given the short distance from there to this store where Mickey is, trinkets such as this one would cost less than a bucketful of monies, but no :)
