Description

An old photo that I shot several views of...just exploring people in the middle of life... (a few blocks from home, by the lake) I'm still catching up on comments. Have a wonderful week! mark (more detail, full view) ------------------

Beautiful photograph of a family, all captured looking at something interesting, yet with its own sense of mystery. (what could they possibly be looking at?) Only them and the great photographer that took this photo knows for sure...we will just have to wonder and fill in the unknown with our imaginations. Excellent work my friend! :-)

This is a fascinating study of people. All of them are looking at the same thing but body language is different. Bored: (child on the far left). Worried: (Dad and center child). Interested: (two children on the right). Fed up: (Mom). If I read the people this way, a whole story forms in my head... and I relate to Mom. LOL! A fun photo for sure, Mark!

Me too.... Hopefully soon....

This is a wonderful photo and visual treatment, Mark. I love the sense of mystery as their attention is focused on something out of frame. It leaves the door open to one's imagination, and tells its own little story. I love photos like that!

Sorry for the delayed comment... Feeling a bit blah and under the weather the past couple days. Better today, I think..

Interesting pic, including the hair styles, of the family, of which I can only surmise as to its meaning. I'll give it a go: waiting for the Robert E Lee, waiting for their ship to come in, practicing social distancing, witness before their very eyes Lake Michigan evaporate due to global heating, observing with bated breath as one of their family youngsters perform dangerous swimming tactics to impress all onlookers. Should I go on? Anyway, interesting use of simple and stark monochromism, Mark.

Great photo. Looks like they were out for a walk and something made them stop and take a look.

Mark, this truly is a gem and I can see why you are fascinated at exploring people in the middle of life. This is one of those scenes where you caught my favorite character here at just the right angle, as the little girl has the most priceless expression on her face.
