Description

an old man farmer was not making enough money and a friend suggested that he plant a new crop. he needed $500 to purchase the needed items to plant it. He went to the bank for the first time in his life and asked the manager to loan him $500. the manager asked if he has some collateral . the farmer asked what is collateral. collateral is to guarantee the loan. several months went by and the famer entered the bank with a wad of money and paid the $500 plus interest. the banker asked him what he was going to do with the money. the farmer said he had not decided. the banker asked him to deposit it in the bank and he could withdraw when he needed money. the famer asked "do you have collateral"
