Description
My heart is broken..my girl passed away yesterday around 4pm at home..I guess good that she passed away here and didn't have to go for a final ride..to put her to sleep. I'm having her cremated. And picked a black heart urn with paw prints...still crying 😢 😭 💔. Felix knew that she left
So I went to the humane society today and got another girl today.. another tuxedo cat.
Didn't want a full black one because that would remind me too much of my girl. Right now she is hiding in the basement.

I'm feeling with you! Had this situation as well at the end of this September (though my Sina was 18 1/2 years old). Anyway, good she could go at home in peace in a well known and lovingly and cozy environment, where she was comfortable. My first cat Merline was a whole week in a (not very cozy) vet-clinics, where we fought for her life, but she didn't make it and we hat to let her go there. So her last days in her life where alone (we could her visit only one hour a day) in a unknown surroundings, which makes me sad up until today. So I think even if it is hard to loose such a beloved friend and family member (and even more if you feel she's about to die and there is nothing you can do), you are lucky, you could be with her and give her comfort until the last hours. Wish you lot of strength and comfort in this hard time. Big hug!
