wow, this can be a portrait of the woman with her waterhorse behind her, or her vision of a waterhorse made "visible," or her stepping out of her world to step into ours while her waterhorse waits for her---it could be many tnings; and they're all very mysterious and beautiful. The image is awash in reflective hues (as in inner reflection, not light on glass reflections)---a she's doused in a beautiful twilight green/blue---I love her skin colors---and she's dripping with the sea. Love that lipstick too (you have a real palette here). A mermaid maybe? The horse has light, but emerges out of a deep blue sea...and this horse has plenty of power and storm, from the rush of his forms and the heave of the sea around him. A magic moment, with darkness and mystery---not bad darkness, but pregnant, imbued darkness. Horses have often been used as images of fiery primal power, and this one has that in spades. And the woman is intimately connected with it, even as she stands in front of it---this is really brought out by the fact that you placed the woman on one side of the image---it makes this feel like she stepped into the frame, to 'own' it. And her eyes are as sea-like as the sea behind her (ie, a glowing aqua green-blue); and I like the starfish on her too. (Ie, she befriends the creatures of the sea...) Magical, beautiful and haunting, barb, and another total surprise. It's rapturous.
