after 7 years i'm finally getting around in adding some info on this page. never really thought about doing it. i have been a member here since July 15th 2006, and have learned alot from fellow artists. i would have about 1300 images or so posted but have deleated many of my first pieces. and still consider myself a developing artist at this wonderful site. i'm 56 years old this year "2013" and was born in North Dakota. i have lived in Colorado since 1967 and enjoy this place alot. my stepfather was in the air force and we lived in Bermuda after North Dakota for a few years before coming here where he got stationed.. and so much enjoy many of the finest artist in the world who post here.. love you all and your amazing friendships we share.. lol Steve

p.s. not sure how high of a res pic i'm using for this page. take care and thanks a million you all.

I really love your new image, which looks simply very funny!
PS. As I already said it 1000 times is that getting old is nothing for cowards! We sick artists (and here in the Galleries are many of them) all live with the hope of getting well, because it is hope that keeps us alive!

Thoughts and prayers for both of you, bro. I know it's a tough thing to deal with, but hopefully she will make some progress with your help and love.

A fun scene! Beware of anything with funny spots... A day out in the country air might help with the rash, though.
I'm thinking of you and your Mom. Dealing with elderly in pain is difficult, I wish you strength and patience, it's a tough job. Hang on in there.

a delightful cartoon from you...I love them all sitting around the van, in a beautiful forest. And everyone's so at home. I love the dog and cat back there---with the dog's tongue out, and panting. (Typical dog.) And I love the new creature w/ the skin rash---delightful! It's great to see these characters close up, with all the detail of their sewn faces, etc. And you have this wonderful edge-effect on the leaves and trees, esp visible full size. I also love the bright hues of the tricycle. (You even have a coca cola and "spacko" cola bottle? Lol---a new brand?) And I love the title "Bongoid" for the name of the little creature. Delightful.
I'm really sorry for all you're going through now...it's very hard when a loved one can't remember the smallest things, and you have to be there for her so often. I hope her doctors have good news for you in Dec, and maybe they can help you with her memory. I wish you all the best with this Steve, my wishes and prayers are with you both. Post whenever you need to, your fans care about you deeply. I wish recovery and strength to your mom on all fronts. You're doing a very demanding job.
