Description
Sea-fishermen, hardened by much work inshore and in deep water in all weathers and often well needing their spray helmets, and with no tolerance of nuisances, routinely destroying sport scuba gear seized from half-trained fine-weather weekend sport divers, this time in the weather that would have suddenly blown up on them at sea if they had been allowed to set off and get in the way at sea without properly checking the shipping weather forecast. A short boat chase and they were caught.
