Description
A dogfight, or dog fight, is an aerial battle between fighter aircraft conducted at close range. ... Until at least 1992, it was a component in every major war, despite beliefs after World War II that increasingly greater speeds and longer-range weapons would make dogfighting obsolete.

Love it! Haven't played with my Zero yet :)

Terrific aerial action!!

Lot of work in this one. Shame the P40's model developer thought to put a later Navy VF31 squadron badge behind the engine and what looks like a British serial number instead of a USAAF one on the tail. These are t lot easier to get right than the shape of the canopy...:)
The 109E available for some time has been recently changed to exclude the national markings. That one, I guess, was woke-a-doodle politics. Anyway, great aviation scene. Wish more people gave it a whirl...

Love the war torn sky peppered by what could be flak, makes the setting even more exciting for these combatants

This image deserves top honors for the pure brilliance of how well this scene was executed! Being a still image does not take away the sense of dynamic action happening in it but tends to magnify the action instead! I guess by now you can tell I like this art work of yours...its amazing! Congrats my friend!
This is an instant favorite with me and a 10 Platinum star render for sure! :-)

All five stars. The late John Keegan noted that blood on the windscreen was as common a feature of air warfare in WWII as it was in WWI.

A masterpiece! Should be a poster print!

This reminds me of a late friend, Enrico. Enrico was an aviation nut who built the most detailed models of warplanes I've ever seen. He had quite the collection. They may still have some of his models in the Oakland, California, Air Museum.
