Description
Skytown No.3 Squadron's covert ops specialist in her latest undercover guise, Lady Melissa DeHoney.
Converted the V4 character to gen 8.1 for this, so I could use Zoro's Fancy punk (retextured and recoloured with some bee motif materials of my own devising)
