You actually burn a calorie or two I imagine when you lift your arm with a fork or spoon as well. I have this theory that if I can shovel the food into my mouth fast enough, I can actually lose weight while I eat as much of anything I want. It is not really working just yet, I think I need to shovel faster.

Well, what am I waiting for? Ummm… Actually I'm waiting for Onishi to be my personal trainer! If she would run in front of me, I'd surely run after her, even longer than 30 minutes

Beautiful animation! I really like how the hair follows dynamically her movements! Absolutely great Work with a great and important message, because I think especially in these pandemic, not just our physical well is important, but even more our mental well being!

Onishi is in good shape because I am always chasing after her and she is always having to run like the dickens to get away. I cheat a lot though, and often just stop till she comes back around and then pick up the chase again. So I am not in nearly as good of shape as she is.

Your talent and skill in creating this animation, is awesome...I like how she is running in that treadmill exercise machine and looking so good while doing it. This being a public message to exercise, makes the animation that much better! It looks like you mastered the hair movement so well while she is running and looks very natural! The music you included with this animation work, goes so well with the message...Just do it!

I am so glad you liked it Johnny. It has been a long time since I did any animations to speak off. I use to play around with them some back when I used Poser. But that has been 10 years or more now. I usually key frame but this time I used mocap which makes it a bit easier than setting the movements up manually. DForce hair also helped a lot. It was fun to do. I have not really used DS much for animation so still figuring a lot of it out. It is similar to Poser but different too.

A really good video. I like that you made her hair move. The message is a good one, too.

according to a boring advertisement, about getting some life insurance. the people says "well I should have" " well, I could have" "but" and etc.. I walk 6 days a week for one hour and then come home and take Bodie for a walk sometimes.
