This is a mistaken belief, maybe it is a bit of film fiction but the inversion is described in the Holy Book but not in this way. When it is reversed, it changes and different shape emerges. Actually it's called Distortion and The Devil doesn't have a pen! Success is due to the fact that it's true shape is unknown. Bravo! Very good work on this! 5++

This is a creepy looking necromancer. I like the effect overall, but I can think of some details that might improve it.
I wish the edges of the figure weren't so sharp; maybe slightly blurred into the mist, or better yet, slightly buried in it, adding some mist in front or around the figure if possible.
Also there is something a little weird going on with the lighting: The figure is clearly lit from the right, and this is a bit of a problem for a few reasons. For starters, the skulls below do not match. If they had the same light then they would not be so dark, and their shadows would behave very differently. Of course that would mess with the atmosphere, so perhaps it is better to try to change the lighting on the figure by wrapping the figure in the mist somewhat, as previously mentioned. I would still want a cast shadow from the figure onto the left side skulls though, but that would enhance the atmosphere rather than damage it.
Lastly, I wonder if maybe you can do some more to make the cross interact with the environment a little, for instance, maybe it is glowing and adding bits of soft red light onto the hands and near parts of the robe.

Superb "black" compo!

it doesn't add up numbers anyway, so the equality symbol or math doesn't exist in the universe, but they all come together :)
