Description
I took two ladies to a funeral home today for a mass for a friend of one. I saw this final ride and had to get some pictures
I was occupied most of the day, but did accomplish a couple of tasks, well counting the funeral home 3
the deaths from the 14 to 15 tornadoes are gut wrenching. I recall when I was young some neighbors not far from my mother's house had a chicken house. a tornado came through picking up the chicken house and dumping it about 2 blocks away. our home was not much, but it was home.
I also was installing equipment in a new convenience store (Dallas), and a terrible storm was approaching. a tornado destroyed many homes to the South-West very close to the store. it picked up and missed the store, only knocking over a trash can. catacorner to the store there was a large building under construction. it had the steel roof girders in place and the tornado ripped them up like straws. they looked like pretzels
Bodie was barking today and I went out to see why. the neighbors have 2 blowup decorations, snowman and a santa claus. I recall back when I had 2 dogs both were barking also at the snowman. the wind was blowing it back and forth

Those tornadoes were horrid... The power of nature makes all our fancy weaponry look like toys.

I thought I wasn't a vain person until I saw this ... when I have my last ride this could be the one ... This and a heavy metal band cranked to 11 sounds like it would leave a mark. Well for an hour or so anyway.
