after 7 years i'm finally getting around in adding some info on this page. never really thought about doing it. i have been a member here since July 15th 2006, and have learned alot from fellow artists. i would have about 1300 images or so posted but have deleated many of my first pieces. and still consider myself a developing artist at this wonderful site. i'm 56 years old this year "2013" and was born in North Dakota. i have lived in Colorado since 1967 and enjoy this place alot. my stepfather was in the air force and we lived in Bermuda after North Dakota for a few years before coming here where he got stationed.. and so much enjoy many of the finest artist in the world who post here.. love you all and your amazing friendships we share.. lol Steve

There is a voice inside me that would like to tell this girl in danger the following....never mind the one you are pointing the gun at...instead look to your left and point the gun at it. The cage on the left one is broken and poses more of a danger to your life! Concentrate on that one and you may have a chance at getting out of this one alive!
Wow Steve...I think you just came up with a great series idea! I would call the "Girl in Danger" you would post an image where the viewer would have to figure out how to keep her alive by solving the clues and using the items which you carefully placed in your scene. This series could go on forever and the situations you place her in would be endless. Just think of it "Girl in Danger" the series episode 1 ( just be sure to leave enough items on the scene so that the viewer can solve the puzzle in many different ways)
Your image and your work is always a pleasure to view my friend! :-)

Those hell hounds look ferocious and mean. But she looks like she can handle the situation. Way to go on an action packed thriller of a render. Very nicely done !!!!

A fun image! I like peril and holding off the canine threat is a fine example of that. Thanks for sharing your work, Steve!

dynamite blues, and those roaring creatures in the background are wonderfully done. Plus, the creature on the left has no bars to hold it in---I'd put the gun down and get the hell outa there pronto, lol. That creature doesn't look too friendly...
Again, your dark light is no problem for you---you make everything clear. And your model is this punk model, with a high-sheen outfit and matching hair, and she really stands out against everything else. Lotta drama in her. And I love those huge porthole covers too. Terrifically done, Steve. You use your space so well too...
