Lucky he had the smooth desert and didn't need the road. My old man landed an F4U4 Corsair on a road in the Carolinas after and engine failure. It was that or the trees...

I agree that the desert has been brought to life by your skill and talent. Nice work Bill! Shame on that guy though! I bet a Woman wouldn't have run out of fuel! She'd be sassy enough to tease some guy to check her tires and fuel! Not forgetting the wings for ice and such!
