Description
This is the last of the Witcher crew - and like the others he wasn't rendered to share but some of the recent, more sophisticated Witcher renderings prompted me to 'show my knickers'.
Geralt was the last of the bunch as there were no suitable clothing sets available until the release of 'Monster Hunter' and equipping him from scratch would have resulted in a mix between a Viking and a fantasy elf. He came out pretty well for the time despite my inexperience, as the assets were pretty current when rendered. Doing him today would require far more effort and time.
l wanted to do further Witcher characters from scratch - Zoltan, Keira Metz, Essi Davin, and most definitely Vesemir, - but I moved on to other things as I discovered how rewarding this hobby can be with a little exploration and patience.
Sorry for the flood, but now that i think of it, I'm going to do a full scene with Essi as anyone who didn't find her both tragic and adorable missed one of Sapkowski's most poignant illustrations of just how cruel his universe can be.

Thanks Paul - the sword was part of the outfit if i recall and more 'canon' than Ciri's.

I'm totally unfamiliar with the Witcher (have seen characters and such from a game and know there's a streaming series) but I must say this is a most interesting character! Nicely done!

Thanks as always Molly - Geralt is the main protagonist throughout the franchise and quite easy to like if you're into the 'complicated beneath the surface silent slayer' who can orate in an instant if he chooses. Highly recommend exploration though the stories are as involved as 'Game of Thrones' and for most of us subject to translation from the original Polish. I prefer Sapkowski's world to Martin's regardless, but that's just me.
