Description
This is P4 Vicki with Hallie Texture. This is the P4 Halter Dress with my own texture and the P4 shoes, again with my own texture. Did this one because I'm getting tired of the nudity. Never thought I would say that.
Some post in PSP for the sea foam and windswept hair. Hope you like it.
