That's Bucky Barnes, Cap's sidekick. I never understood why WWII platoons(?) were allowed to have teen mascots in combat zones, but... Be that as it may, eventually he'll be 'killed', 'resurrected', 'brainwashed', and have his arm ripped off and replaced with a vibranium one. So...you know...there's that.
