If I'm the Molly this is dedicated to, my thanks! If it another Molly, no matter! I love the picture for the picture anyway. This whole series has been delightful with the implied action of balancing the bottle on her foot about to drop the bottle and it's message (perhaps the composition she has been working on) into the water. I hope someone worthy will find the message. I'm a great fan of series of pictures that tell stories and this has been truly entertaining for my eye!

I love the idea of the message in a bottle being a song, that concept itself has as much poetry as any lyric.

what is it to offer a song to the world under these conditions? what will the person who finds it do? To make an act of art is to become the transparency of the bottle with so little protection that the intention that shines through inside takes on the inestimable value of a treasure whose trace could disappear. As for the answer to this bottle, that's another story ...

There is no other message than to give the impulse of the kick which will deliver the bottle to the sea. Everything is there, what would push us to this ridiculous and so poetic gesture, which makes it indispensable like art?
