Mr Michael, with the help of his older brother, has just obtained decades worth of financial records from two recently deceased accountants. These accountants just happen to have been employed by New York's leading crime boss, police commissioner, the Mayor of New York and a handful of elected officials. He knows that he now has the information to begin systematically changing the course of New York's future. Does this gumshoe have the patience and brains to pull it off? Only time will tell.
