Bay continues his story of Cubes and Kings: King Olar and King Loam stepped outside onto the Academy grounds. "Here is your second surprise!" King Olar said with a smile. "A miracle for your all your people." Laom was stunned! Snow was falling everywhere! "I can't believe it!" Loam shouted! "Snow! After drought and endless thirst for so long, there is snow and water everywhere!" "It's my gift to you!" King Olar of the North answered. "My people seeded your clouds so that you would have this rain and snow, right now!" Loam couldn't believe that this other King was so kind! A deep feeling of love and friendship toward Olar began to grow inside of his heart. Loam Uhrain reached out and slightly embraced Olar, placing his hand gently on the delicate man's side. "Thank you on behalf of all my people!" Laom said. "What a blessing you brought us!" "I know you must have many thirsty and desperate animals in your forests, as well the trees and plants that need water so badly!" Olar said. " I give you all of this in thanks and memory of your twin brother, Lom; who saved my life!" "Thank you, Olar." Laom answered, overjoyed. "May this be the first step to healing and peace between our two kingdoms!" Elsewhere, in the higher cosmic realms, Savante Tas, Beautiful Queen of the Ancients Ones, screamed expletives and pounded her delicate hands against her cosmic viewer, which she had used to spy on Laom and Olar. "How dare Olar the wall rat do this!" She spat. "No matter how much he suffers, he is still good and true. He must be destroyed!" She took a moment to compose herself, straightening her short, cropped dark hair. Savante again pushed the alert button on her command screen to summon the other Ancients to her presence. "They will never be allowed to have world peace!" Savante said. "Never! Only unending war and suffering for mankind!"
