Description

A dedi for a friend over at Fantasy Attic, I believe she runs the site. (darkangel/Mary) The wings are from a prize I won called Starfire. I appreciate your time and valued comments on my work my friends, they are so highly appreciated always. Thank you. Steve

I like the premise of this render very much except the character's pose is too static and rigid. It deserves a little more dynamic movement to convey some interaction to the scene. Otherwise, it's well-composed and rendered.

Whoa, those wings are fantastic and they look great on her! She's obviously guarding something with that sharp sword, and the skull is a warning, so I would take heed of her serious pose and expression. Good work, I like the whole atmosphere and mood of this.

I like the picture a lot; I'm always attracted to contrast between light and dark. I also like Gothic characters. There's something not quite right about the reflection in the water... it'll drive me nuts trying to figure that out because I generally like reflective water. I don't know the person you dedicated to but she should certainly be pleased with this! As always, thank you for sharing your work!
