I'm just Molly. Mrs. Mike was my ID for many years when I modeled for my deviant husband, Mike B. It was Mike that introduced me to Poser.
I have modeled in real life a bit. My introduction to 3d imaging was through making pictures of my adventures in Second Life and over the10 years I've been learning Poser and making Poser pictures. In real life, I am a near completely retired health care professional and a full time grandma. In my digital life I am a Second Life heroine, a Second Life villainess and here and at Deviant Art I'm a budding 3D artist.
My next big project is to learn Blender.

Very impressive page setup on this comic book style look. Easily can read the fonts. 5+

Thanks! The software I use makes it pretty easy to set things up so they are legible. I try hard to make things readable and to find a page flow that makes sense.

Thank you! The Comic Life software is very good for this kind of thing although probably limited for a truly professional application. I really am delighted that you enjoyed what I have shared so far enough to leave me a comment! <3

This has a classic sci-fi feel to it. Well done.

I was going for a "Golden Age" feel. I stated reading comic books at the end of the Golden Age and into the Silver Age when I was a little girl. I remember this kind of stuff fondly. I'm grateful for your validating comment, my dear! =)

Another Molly gem. Like the comic look - wonder if Comic Life is available for DAZ...

Thanks, JD. As for Comic Life, it's not a Poser plug-in but rather a free-standing bit of software for laying out pages. Each panel is a single Poser picture that was rendered in Poser and saved as a jpeg and then formatted into the page. Dialogue and narration clouds and boxes are easily added with the Comic Life software and it's easy to set up a style for a particular story. If you are interested, it's pretty reasonably priced; have a look at plasq.com. There are definitely more professional page layout programs out there but this one is the right combination of features for an amateur like moi. =P

rally like that first cell, Molly, great lead into the tale and first and last cell contrast are visually well done, up there and down there, super work

Thanks, Paul. I've been working at graphic story-telling for a long time and the comic book/graphic novel format is challenging and more work than most appreciate. The first panel should be some kind of visual hook, as is the cover of a graphic novel. It is so pleasing that you think I succeeded with that here! <3

Thank you, Ute. The graphic novel format is challenging and I appreciate your kind words very much!

Smoke trails, lens flares, composition ... perfect work =)

Thank you! I'm always worried about going overboard with postwork and I'm glad you think I'm still on the side of tasteful here! XD
