for those that do not know that Jock passed away on Sept 8,2021. I was going to take a road trip by myself, but had the bright idea to invite Jock.

A finest Artist and a wonderful soul, he used to make people smile and bring in hapiness with him.
Wonderful photo and a great way to remember Jock.

I am sure that, like Rod says, you'll always have fond memories of your travels together. Jock was, after all, such a nice fella.

So affable and easy to get along with. Always trying to please. Great Guy!

I saw this when you posted it---it was so fine of you to share this, it's great to see Jock, knowing he was with you traveling. This looks the way I've seen him in the few pictures he ever shared with the site. And it looks like he's carrying a camera (with a major lens! I know he had the Nikon D800, right? It was one of the first super mega-pixel cameras, with 36-plus megapixels). I love the background too: A huuuuuge side of a barren mountain---it could almost be on the moon, except for the plaques and that little restroom, and lights, etc. I love how you shot this, and it's wonderful to see Jock...
