BIO My name is PHillip Deck. Why call myself kindredsoul??Kindredsoul means a kindred spirit, I enjoy making fairies, tranquil landscapes and with kids in it...I started out using Bryce, then later went to Vue after learning it has ecosystems which really benefits in making forest scenes. Also Vue has excellent lighting model as well. Other than art, I like hiking, taking photos, work on jigsaw puzzles and enjoy being with family and friends.

beautifully done.

Nice work. The green looks too bright to be realistic if that is what you are aiming for.

Pretty impressive for your first go .Though in my opinion you can't beat vue for creating outdoor renders of this type

I agree that it's impressive for your first attempt. But I also agree that you can't beat Vue for landscape scenes. I find that Poser is best suited to items (props, figures) that will be pretty close to the camera, and then you can use a landscape rendered in Vue for the backdrop. Supposedly you can also take a PZ3 into Vue for rendering, so that's another option, but I don't have Vue (yet!) so I don't know how that works.
