a pageant-like portrait, she looks dressed for a ceremony of some power, your spike feather 'halo' (headdress) has a huge peacock's tail effect, backing her like she were mythic and royal. I love the white feathers in the center, and the whites on the edges (dissolving the 'crown'), and her wonderful outfit, incl the painting on her forehead (a band?) and the ornament, and those wonderful sheer sleeves. I love the dissove on the upper right corner, how the feathers dissolve into whiteness. I don't notice much out of focus here, maybe just a little; I do know that up-sizing an image can produce strange results (and loss of resolution), but you have little here to worry about. Your angel is preparing for something momentous, and she looks very sweet and kind while she does it. A big celebratory vision, and it fills up our space.
