my sister that is not well, texted me that she was approved to get pills for skin allergies that costs $1300.00 per tablet. she is in misery with so many parts of her body itching like crazy at any time day or night. the cost of medicines are totally out of control. unbelievable. Canada is cheaper on medicines for the most part. the billionaire companies control the government, while bleeding out regular people. of course the politicians has their pockets full of kick back money.
it was very nice today. I took Bodie for a walk and did some yard work

a most beautiful capture Richard. hope the best for your sis, fark! that price is flipping stupid, i so hate drug companies taking advantage of people. we have a horrible health care system. in a few months i will need to apply for medicare, costs are a joke.

That is just outrageous! 1300 bucks for ONE pill? I've had a couple skin rashes that were driving me crazy, but my doctor (now retired) said get a tube of 1% cortizone and rub on it twice a day. 8 bucks buys a tube that lasts a couple months, and the rash is all but gone.

(I'm skipping only so I can get to your most recent images as well...I've seen and loved everything regardless)...First, I'm very, very sorry your sister is suffering so. And those pills...yes, big pharma just pockets the profits while other countries pay so much less. It's outrageous, and the politicians of both parties just do their thing, and nothing gets done. I wish her much relief and healing...
