The Perambulation of Miss Ophelia Archimedes — Highlight Panels
Ahh! There’s nothing like an early morning stroll through Sovereign Capitol City!
The sprawling metropolis is the center of the Sovereign Empire; home to the Imperial Palace and Gardens of Sovereign Emperor Frederick III and the Byzantine bureaucracy that runs the empire. It is a busy place, but not at sunrise. The city wakes slowly with the rising of the sun. It is at this time — just before the whir of airship engines overhead, the rumble of steam carriages driving over the cobble stone streets, the whoosh of the suspended rail cars passing by, and the cacophony of accented voices from across the Empire fills the air — that Miss Ophelia Archimedes, gifted Sovereign Lady and Assistant to the Imperial Librarian, makes her way to work.
It is her quiet respite; a preparation for the coming day’s labors. She walks and reads, lost in the words of long-dead poets, novelists, historians, scientists, and explorers.
But, today’s stroll will be a bit more turbulent for Miss Ophelia. A slight misstep, an unforeseen collision, an unwieldy load, conversations with two enigmatic strangers, and an unexpected trip to faraway lands will make this morning’s perambulation one to remember for quite some time.
This is the Perambulation of Miss Ophelia Archimedes. Enjoy!
Starring Miss Ophelia Archimedes with special guest appearances by Lord Matthias Longfellow, The Order of The Crimson Meridian, the SpiritWalker, the Curator, and Lady Katrin Killian.
