I am an amateur artist. I enjoy rendering 3D compositions and exploring random trains of thought when creating new images. I get a lot of inspiration from the many wonderful artist here at Renderosity. If you find a render I have created that you like, please give me a comment. I love hearing from you. Thank all of you that have commented on my renders to date. I really appreciate you taking the time to do so!

Great scene! Great posing! He looks very unhappy to have to fly that plane! I just finished an image with somewhat similar poses and expressions, took almost two hours to render, logged on and then I saw your picture! I still have to write the info that goes with it. I will post it tonight. I hope you don't mind they are somewhat similar in posing! Always enjoy seeing your work! You are so creative I never know what is coming next!

I have no problems with you being creative in your own special way. I always love what you post, no matter what. If by some strange coincidence, we have similar ideas at the same time, I chalk it up to the universal inspirational powers at work and that it is meant to be that way! Thank you so very much for you kind comment! Your words and works mean a great deal to me! Keep up the great work you do!

OMG, true story, I saw the image, and thought, "He's probably not afraid of flying, but he's probably deathly afraid of that winged rattle-trap!" Then I read your description!!! And then I read CoolDimension's comment! Sounds like GMTA all around!

I thought the JU52 had a good reputation - and isn't that an officer the sergeant is addressing? Great aircraft!

I plead guilty to ignorance as to the rank attributed to military uniforms. But I think the story is still plausible, if not for the sake of a few twists and turns here and there. Thank you very much for catching this detail, Sunbeam. I had only gotten the free characters in uniform this past evening and was trying them out for size. Glad you cared enough to share you knowledge with me! I will be checking the ranks of my new characters more carefully before using them in the future. I am greatly appreciative for you kindness in commenting!

Reminds me of my Father's exploits in Albania. Equally as hazardous but so well documented, five books have been written on his exploits across the mountains of Albania, dodging Partisans and German troops. Late Major GB Duffy MC RE (Lieutenant at the time of Albania)

Wonderful scene...I to would be worried.... Its looks as though it would be lucky to make it to the end of the runway in one piece..!!

Good scene! I'd be afraid to get in that old plane too!

Nicely done, I think something that old could use the very least a paint job.
