Thank you, thank you, thank you. Putin suffers from Parkinson's disease and seems to be getting worse recently. He has a closed-door politics with the Defense Minister, Foreign Minister, and close aides. There are rumors that a guard who learned of his illness was shot dead for confidentiality.
