Description
Lake Michigan, Downtown Chicago
(isn't it amazing how the world changes just a block from a massive city?)
(High rises are maybe half-a-block from where you're standing...)

a vastly beautiful capture Mark of the beach area, the TOD photo is super. love how the sunlight is on the right.

A wonderful scene. The water and sand mix together as they join the dark left to the sunlit right. I love the little stand of shrub trees standing proud against the empty skyline. How amazing that this is only a short distance from a city.

And it takes a talented and skilled lensman to get a photo like this that can give the feeling of peace and isolation from all the crowds and noise of modern "society." Beautiful shot, Mark!

when I went to "Miami Beach" Florida , I was told there one could see the Atlantic from the window. if? one planted their face against the window pane. I changed to another place the next day. I would enjoy being able to see the ocean, but since Dallas is landlocked?
superb photography Mark
