The fight of the Ukrainian people needs to be given credit. And allthough a large country it will not be able to fend off the in this case well equipped neighbour. I doubt that neither sanctions nor diplomacy will end this madness, which might lead to years of partisan warfare or an even bigger war. And a further division of the world.
