Description
More learning, more painting. I started this just before Christmas and decided to finish it before I ditch it. There are lots of imperfections and it probably needs more work but enough is enough! On to the next project now. The inspiration for this image came from a lovely painting called "Memories" by Lord Fredrick Leighton.
Victoria 3 in Poser, lots of Painter and some Photoshop
Thanks for looking!

Very very impressive work, Di. I mean I REALLY am impressed by your latest pieces. I feel that I'm watching you climbing the "art ladder" - if there were such a thing. ;-) I'm proud of you!

I think you're being a little to hard on yourself when it comes to the imperfections, but then again this is a sure sign that you have a desire to learn and progress as an artist. The great thing about images like this is that you can always go back to them when the inspiration strikes and your skills improve. Regardless of what you say (andy sticks out his tongue at Di) I think you did a beautiful job. Cloth is never easy! Wonderful work :-)

I like this image very much. Not many can pull off an old masters style of technique but here, you really did. I have been delighted to browse through your work and look forward to seeing more!
