Description
The Doctor slipped out of his coat and ran down the hallway, the Dalek cried "Wait! Do not go in there!" while his companion watched in shock.
He got past the lock with a buzz of the sonic and entered the room smiling as he approached the lone inhabitant.
Like past Supreme Daleks, it was differently colored then its underlings. The Doctor was curious as to its cunning given it had managed to sell its army as peaceful to get supplies from the locals.
His eyes took in the opposite wall, the Dalek was at least well read on the galaxy as it had a wealth of cultural items that had pop ups giving information on their signifigance and culture.
'A Dalek that cares about culture? I wonder why?' He thought to himself.
His answer came when the Dalek turned, a gravelly voice emanating that sounded like a mix of Dalek vocoders, "I requested time to rest, let me."
As it finished turning, the Doctors witty remark died in its throat as he saw the symbol on the dome. His hearts froze, it couldn't be.
The Dalek sounded annoyed before it scanned and then suddenly froze.
"Beta?" The Doctor asked.
"Doctor?" The Dalek asked, neither believing the others presence despite the evidence of their own eyes.
(This is my take on the future 17th Doctor, a workman who lacks the regal and godlike nature of his predecessors and can pass himself in a pub but is fantastic with machinery and has managed to make the TARDIS work in a way no other has. Very reckless though.
This is a sequel to Evil of the Daleks as the idea is the Humanized Daleks fled Skaro before the Supreme Council returned and hid away as they lacked the numbers while attacking the Daleks and converting the wounded to their cause (Removing the genetic changes inflicted by Davros) and have separated into three groups.
The first is Alpha who is sadly dead as Im using the 8th Doctors Dalek Comic.
Beta crashed on an alternate Earth
and Omega vanished with his group into the turmoil of the Time War to save as many as possible, their fate is unknown.)
