She looks fantastic! That hair is perfect for a toony type of character :-) You've reminded me that I once set up a toony V4 to use to represent me in a graphic memoir I was working on. I used Anime Eyes for her eyes and lashes, but I can't recall how I got a toon effect on her skin. You did a great job with the skin and eyes here, and the slightly goofy expression is perfect!
