Description

Just for fun I did a style over this painting, using DDG. Thank you very much for your look.

Oh my friend this is just beautiful. Colors are so lovely and such a lovely abstract. You know me I see things sometimes, in this one, I find a river, a moon, a flamingo, someone dancing, and maybe a couple of other things. Truly lovely!

First, it's always a thrill to see a physical painting by you. Anytime, any type. But then you added DDG to it, and now it looks like a big sensual collage. It looks like you took tubes of oil paint and squeezed them all over the painting, and let them harden there. And you swirled parts of the painting with a palette knife. And then you added layers upon layers, waiting until each layer dried. It's almost like oatmeal, frosting and whipped cream. Either that, or you used heavy impasto. (I know this is digital as well as physical, but oh, you created amazing physical effects.) The colors are rich---great oranges and rich yellows---and your forms are wonderfully complex. A terrific abstract: Whatever this was before you used DDG, you turned it into a big abstract celebration. Terrific. (PS: You even made abstract art out of your name!)
