this is definitely one of your most mysterious images---to me, at least---in a while. It's endlessly magnetizing, it pulls me in. The person---a human-like creature---is almost dressed in an old monk's gown, with the kind of sackcloth used in the Middle Ages. He/she has a hood (it looks more like a he than a she). And his eyes are like lenses, or microscopes, or goggles. And there's a long appendage coming out of his face---like a snorkel, or something that allows him to breathe. Maybe this takes place in a toxic environment, a place after an apocalypse...
His face is almost an animal face. And then he has (I think) oxygen tanks connected to him---something like that. Which suggests, again, that this might be a non-friendly atmosphere, even under water or under a large pall of gases...His feet and hands are large/exaggerated. And he's pointing up, as if he's making a point; summoning us with a warning that we will suffer some kind of consequence if we don't follow him.
The background...what an amazing vision: It's almost a dream, but it's clealy shelves packed with books! And graffiti. (I tried to read the cyrrilic, but I didn't get very far as I only know a little Russian.) But what in the world is he doing in front of a huge bookcase? He appears to be outside, stepping in snow! Again (with your work) I think of Andrei Tarkovsky, the filmmaker. It's like a strange, very private vision, and this strange covered soul is calling us into it----or maybe he's warning us to stay away. Though the former seems logical since this is called "Come!" TO me, it feels like a summoning, and a warning...With you, mystery is a constant, and this piece is so concrete and clear---the opposite of mystery---while it's so mysterious and unanswered (at least to me). I love how you rendered the gown, too---in tiny splotches throughout. I can't "settle" this image, but it calls to me in the most profound way. A really enticing creative vision, Nikolay...and it makes me wonder if this isn't a reaction to the climate crisis or perhaps to the aftermath of carnage...powerful stuff.
