"You might say I'm a dreamer"
I have loved photography since I was a child and also love graphic art (I am the kind of person that WILL buy a book or CD for its cover) but sadly I only became aware of 3D art after crossing paths with Dragonluna. I immediately fell in love with her work and after a while decided to give it try, mostly because I wanted to make pics to go along with a fanfic I was writing. I am neither a writer nor a 3D artist, I just like to daydream and have ideas and fantasies, and I love anything that has to do with visual art. I am still very limited with the program and have loads to learn and I am also quite fearful of posting my pics considering the high quality of the renders on this site, but I guess we all have to start somewhere and this is where I start, sharing my fantasies with you. Thank you for the taking the time to look at my work. :)

The background? Yes! It's particularly effective to blur it as though Raven is in a shallow DoF.
Hacking the sexy policeman with the dress shirt is a winner. That's more like a real life peace officer. And who doesn't need some peace? XD
I'm very glad you shared this one, RT! It's already giving me some ideas. =)

Thank you Molly, appreciate your feedback!! The background was already blurred in this case, there are some other nice ones in the set and I might just have to use some more of them now. This one seemed just perfect for him, and i figured since he is in a city setting the lights that hit him from the side and the reflections on his eyes could easily come from street lights and store lights. I loved the Police uniform as soon as I saw it but since I intend to use it mostly in everyday settings it needed sleeves, and Dragonfly was kind enough to oblige (and she went above and beyond because that dress shirt is very versatile). I can't wait to see what you come up with now!!

Awesome looking police! Much better looking than in a "sexy cop" outfit, at least in my opinion :-) The M4 belt works great with the rest of the outfit, and the folding handcuffs look like they were made to go there! The background works really well b/c it's obvious that it's a city setting (which isn't always true with some of those bokeh backgrounds), and that's right where you'd expect to find Officer Raven! Love his expression! He looks friendly but also has that air of authority that helps him do his job :-)

Thank you Amy! I have been wanting to use these backgrounds for the longest time and finally got the opportunity, hopefully I will find use for the others too. As for the handcuffs, I have had these police renders on my mind for the longest time and when I saw those handcuffs in the Prime forum I thought the timing couldn't be better! Officer Raven is definitely a friendly guy, he plays "Good Cop" whereas Officer Clymm plays "Bad Cop" obviously, hahaha! Next is a render of the two of them together.
DragonFly
WoW! this looks amazing!!, I never did do a full render with the police clothes using that shirt, I love the background, the lights and camera angle looks awesome. I've just popped those lights into my cart :) Thank you for your idea they are always welcome :)

I still can't thank you enough Dragonfly, I just love how the dress shirt looks with it and it will be so useful as everyday clothing as well. Aaaand I even had fun fitting it to La Femme (Officer Raven needed a partner lol!) The Level Up lights are amazing, I have gotten a lot of use out of them (and the Ghostship lights too).

Excellent work! He looks right at home here and that belt looks as though it was made for him :)
RubyTuesday70
Thank you, I really appreciate it! It was a lot easier adjusting that belt to LH than I thought. And I didn't have to do much work with the materials either, I just applied some new superfly metal shaders to the gun and re-did the front panel of the radio (added numbers, etc).
