Good idea to go far away to a safe spot to practice with that staff! Unexpected results can happen if you don't take such precautions :-) Love the colors you chose for her outfit, makeup, and jewelry (and staff tip). They go so nicely with her lovely skin tone!

These V4 based characters from Little Design are AMAZING! I like the idea of this one a lot. If you put a point source of light on the tip of staff and use a slightly different color than the main lighting it will add some dramatic highlights to the character and suggest even more power in the staff. If you did that, than I would suggest using Inverse Square for the fall off and tweak the brightness as needed.
