Non-Player Character
Daeron Nyt
Mistress of the Blood Fount
Female Melnibonean (immortal): Noble/Warrior/Priest (Slortar)/Sorcerer
5’9” 122 lbs (light +1 D10 (+2 lbs)), age 3,275 (appears 24)
Mistress of the Blood Fount, a site sacred to Slortar the old, eldest and vainest of the Lords of Chaos, Nyt was the governess of a vast cattle empire in the central reaches of what is today Argimiliar at the height of the Bright Empire, before the Dharzi war. Sacrificing dozens of human slaves to the Duke of Hell, providing the fount with the blood it needed to grant her and her chosen entourage immortality, her reign of terror ended when she was entombed by fellow Dragon Lords who found themselves unable to destroy her. However, she was recently freed from over three thousand years of imprisonment by unwary explorers seeking the lost richest of what they believed was a long abandoned citadel, who’s blood fed the fount anew.
Typical of a Melnibonean from the height of the Bright Empire, Nyt is arrogant, cruel and sadistic, but unlike her modern kin, hasn’t lost herself in drugged dreams of past glories. Dedicated to Slortar, she is vain and confident in her superiority to humans, whom she still sees as little more than the primitive savages they were in her time.
Due to her three millennium confinement within her citadel, Nyt periodically suffers from claustrophobia (see Infliction below), becoming violently frantic in any confined space. Since the Blood Fount is located in a chamber at the base of her central tower this can present a serious problem, given that she is dependent on it to maintain her immortality.
Charismatic and alluring, Nyt has the typical tall and slender form of a Melnibonean but is amply blessed with feminine charms. Her long deep black hair frames nearly unearthly beautiful angular features cast in lightly bronzed skin paler than most of her kin and eyes of brilliant ruby red.
Although her lavish citadel (100,000 LB) contains a vast treasure (910,000 LB in coins, gems & art, plus an arsenal of weapons (including a critical quality greatsword) & armor (including a critical quality suit of Melnibonean plate armor)) which is guarded by her demonic servants (Braxious (greater demon doors, see hereafter) & Shaeroon (greater demon agent/succubus, see hereafter)), she abstains from using any form of weapon or armor trusting in her immortality and sorcery, although her supernatural strength allows her to do substantial damage with her bare hands (punch (attack 106% (+ 61% bonus)/parry 98% (+ 43% bonus), right, or attack 96% (+61% bonus)/94% (+ 43% bonus), left, damage 1 D3 (+2 D6 bonus)). Most prized amongst the many magical items within the ancient bastion is the Blood Font itself, which converts the blood of living things into an elixir that grants any who drink from it enhanced strength and charisma (+18 to STR & CHA) as well as immortality (CON becomes ∞) for several days (5+1 D3 days). However, when that period expires the subject loses those enhancements and begins to rapidly wither (+12 years to apparent age and -1 to STR, CON, DEX & CHA per hour (dies & crumbles to dust when its apparent age exceeds its life span (see [2.8.1] AGE AND THE EFFECT ON ATTRIBUTES AND SKILLS) or any attribute is reduced to 0)) until it is able to drink from the fount again (1 hit point), which fully restores it (apparent age and all attributes return to previous levels). Although the wards imposed upon her tower prevented her from leaving its confines for over three thousand years, her demonic and mortal servants where able to bringing her sufficient victims to maintain her immortal existence (requires 1 hit point worth of blood/dose), but she was forced to sacrifice her entourage of fellow immortals.

Braxious
Demon Doors
Male Trexion (Bond Greater Demon) (54 MP)
7’ 440 lbs (heavy + 2 D20 lbs (+10 lbs))
Bound into a pair of heavy metal doors by Daeron Nyt, Braxious is the primary guardian of the Blood Fount barring the only point of entry into the chamber that houses it. He opens only for his mistress or those who possess the password she provides.
Loyal only to his mistress, Braxious sees it as his duty to protect the site sacred to Slortar the old. However, over the long millennium of standing his post he has become arrogant, petty and conceded, often taunting all those who seek entry, except for his mistress.
Braxious is bound to a set of large bronze doors with an embossed demonic face above their midpoint from which his coarse gravelly voice challenges all those who approach, except for his mistress, Daeron Nyt.

Shaeroon
Demon Warrior/Servant
Female Succubus (Bond Greater Demon) (88 MP)
5’9” 130 lbs (light + 1 D10 lbs (+10 lbs)), apparent age 23
Summoned using a “chain of being” spell but bound by Daeron Nyt, Shaeroon served them as a group until she was forced to sacrifice her immortal entourage to feed the Blood Fount, leaving her the sole surviving master. Serving as a defender of the citadel and servant to its Mistress, she often soars through the night skies above the surrounding region, seizing unwary victims and livestock to feed the Fount.
A true succubus, Shaeroon is capricious and sensual but cruel and sadistic, delighting in tempting mortals of both genders, but despite her enthralling charm, she is nothing more than a black-hearted soulless demon, having neither compassion nor morals. However, she is wholly devoted to her mistress, far beyond what her binding compels.
Appearing as an inhumanly beautiful young woman, with an unnatural air of sensual allure, Shaeroon’s ink-black skin, claw-like nails, long barbed tail, pearly white eyes, small horns and large bat-like wings expose her demonic nature. Her stunningly beautiful angular features and tapered lob less ears mimic her mistress’ race, while her silvery-white hair is kept in pompadour between her horns. Lithe, but well-toned and fit, her form is graced by full ripe charms as well as clearly feminine curves, despite its male appendage.

Just for clarity... Melniboneans, like some Asian cultures, give their family name or surname first and their individual or given names second. A good example of this from Moorcock's writings are Dyvim Tvar, Lord of the Dragon Claves on Melnibone, and his son Dyvim Slorm, a Dragon Mater who leads a company of Melnibonean soldiers of fortune after the sack of Imrryr. The exemption to this is the royal family, like Elric and Yyrkoon, who only use an individual or given name, like royalty here on Earth.

Bet those unwary explorers didn't expect their quest for treasure to have such a bloody ending! Scary character, and nice portrait!

Thank you for your kind comment and interest! Yeah... the only "undead" featured in Moorcock's novels are the "ghoul" kings in Org, so this is my way of featuring vampire-like beings.

Splendid character and outfit!

Thanks for your kind comment and interest! I thought the Chaos Seed outfit with the Chaotic Realms' Bloodline textures were ironically appropriate for this character.
RedPhantom
A deadly beauty that will mean trouble for the group. Nice job on her character
