Caught up in the daily hustle and bustle of Sovereign Capitol City, Lady Penelope is one of a handful of gifted Sovereign ladies who live, work, and use their considerable physical and mental attributes in service of the Sovereign Empire. So, when the opportunity to spend a few days in the country presents itself, she takes it.
