Description
Navarre finally arrived at his quarters. He lowered the lights, then paused. He waited patiently for several moments, expecting the intercom to buzz at any second. He fell backwards across the bed, still dressed. He figured he would wait a few more minutes, just to be sure that this day truly was ending.
As streaks of light from distant stars seemed to fly past the window; The soft snoring of the young freight captain broke the silence.
