Fancy truck, indeed! Now he just needs to fill it up with livestock or produce! Guess it won't stay so clean for long in that case :-) The dogs look eager to go for a ride in the new truck!

Dogs have the back to play ion on the road.

This is a lovely "slice-of-life" style image. The background gives it a nice feeling of depth (you often do this and I really enjoy viewing it). =)
Thanks for sharing, Rad! <3

Dan's lookin' pretty spiffy, too! Is that his brother? Neighbor? Cousin? Boyfriend? He (or they) can do alot of haulin' in that beast of a truck! Love the look of the farmhouses, too, and the old car by the back house.
Darkglass
Very cool truck...don't make them like that anymore....real shame...now it's the damn white van man...with road rage, always a pleasure...!

Really great job on this old classic, Bill! Had an uncle that had one of these many many years ago.
Radar_rad-dude
Thanks for the comment, Rod! Greatly appreciated! I was pleasantly surprised when I found the base model for this truck on sketchfab! I had to do a little remodeling in blender to put better wheels on, re-align the headlights and add some body moldings to make it look more like a 1941 Ford truck. The reason I was so overjoyed at getting this model was because I dad purchased one of these trucks, almost exactly like this one, back in 1941. He had to ride the train down to Minneapolis Minnesota to the truck assembly plant there to pick it up. This dear old residenter is still sitting forlornly on our family farm after having served us so very faithfully for many decades. I feel guilty now thinking about it rusting away back there. It was always the most dependable truck we ever had but it go to be too small for our expanding farm operation and was called on less and less over the years. I'd bet $100 that you could still squirt a little gas in the carburetor and crank over the starter and it would still start right up! Well, nuff of the sob story down memory lane! Still, a very many many happy memories associated with that old truck. Hope it is happy in truck heaven even though the body it left behind is still out there on the farm somewhere.

I would gladly make Dan an offer for this well built truck. It looks fully capable of moving a heavy load with ease. Excellent work and so well done Bill! :-)
Radar_rad-dude
Many thanks for the comment, Johnny! I greatly appreciate it! If you want to know my history of this truck, you can read it under Rods's comment! Thanks again for all your fine art and animations! Always a pleasure viewing them over and over again!!!!!

Great image of a time when things were less chaotic and the air was fresh. Excellent!

I think you should set out to restore this lovely old Wagon. Just think how busy you'd be, perhaps taking a little more "YOU" time than was previously possible. Just imagine how elated you'd feel if you brought it back to its former glory. Even pulling the engine out would keep a local garage busy for five days or so! lol Then, you could commission me to sand blast the chassis and bodywork! ROFL!!!! I'd do the work providing your burgers were extra special! Nice work Sir!
Radar_rad-dude
Thanks for the comment, Steve! If I still lived on the farm, I might tackle that job! All the necessary equipment would be at my beck and call. Nice big shop with lots of equipment, only lacking my motivation to get on with it!
