Uh oh. Somehow I don't think things are going to go quite like the doctor is hoping!! I love the general's "dubious macho man" stance and the soldier further back, trying not to show any kind of concern. I hope T.I.N.Y. has the right "targets" in mind before he starts to "eliminate" them!
