I"m skipping ahead because I'm getting near 10 shots, and I really wanted to get to this one. A beautiful Depression-era black and white (deep grays, desolate landscape, etc). I love the contrast of that silo with the small desolate house. And the dark grasses in front, with that brooding sky. You gave this shot the perfect treatment. It has all the loneliness and other-worldliness of those old FSA Depression Era shots. Such desolate beauty. And I not only wouldn't want to live hear the silo, I"d have a problem living in that house. It looks like it's in the middle of nowhere! Beautifully done, Richard.
