RIch and very clear hues in all these shots, Christian. Wonderful detail...and the shadows are deep and rich (especially in the last shot).
The first shot shows the stark frontal nature of Germanic and Northern Germanic urban architecture, with it's beautifully colored "staircased" facades. And, by eliminating the street from this shot, you drew us into the strikingly frontal facades. The second shot must be an old fortress of some kind, or a castle. (Maybe a church.) It actually looks like a fortified entryway---the words mean something like "harmony inside and peace outside" (my Latin is awful). Well, there's a church in the background...and deep reddish brown seems to be a theme in this shot. Very clear, with more rich hues.
In the 3d shot, you caught a lot of detail: A very complex series of facades, with beautiful details and coloring. Below, we see a crowd with (I assume) places to sit and drink coffee. But the shot is all about the facades, and you caught clarity and beauty in all of them. Such richness in the brick and tile work. And the final shot is definitely a church, with deep earth-red brick and beautiful shadows. Your composition lets the facades reach upwards, while we still feel the bear-like mass of the building. Lübeck must be a beautiful city. Very fine, clear shots of this rich and beautiful city.
