Description

This is a picture of an Iris that I took in our garden. I did different styles about this photo with the help of DDG, after which I processed it again by adjusting light, color and textures. It was a lot of fun to do so, but hard to make choices with editing. I hope you like it. Thank you very much for your look.

Ooh, I love the procession here. You start with a plain iris (on the right)---well, irises are never "plain," but it's plain compared to the other versions. (And it's a beautiful photo of an iris.) Then you make it more opulent with each variation. The next image---one image to the left---you introduce veins and rivers and tributaries. And the leaves have them too---in fact you have elaborate lacework between the leaves. Like elaborate spider webs. A lush beautiful variation.

In the next one (towards the left), it's beginning to look like a major DDG transformation: The iris looks like a royal crown with a head dress (like the Pope), and the lower petals are like silk brocades. The background has all kinds of mystery in it. This is actually very fractal-like. (Right up your alley, as we say in the States.) Finally the left-most image goes "all the way," where every tiny bulge from image number 3 is now lit-up with powerful colors. You brought in deep reds and pinks, and a powerful blue, and a background of major richness. So many different textures in the background. And you allowed a few of the blurred leaves---from the first image---to remain blurred: In this 4th image, the blurred leaves are alike apparitions visiting the scene. Amazing variations, Jacomina. You use DDG so well!

I'll stay funny as long as you won't turn into a Borg. That would be a point of no return and I'd be very serious from that moment on, probably for five minutes, if I could handle it.😊💖🥰
But, if you can handle the Borg, then please send my best wishes to Seven of Nine😊💖🥰
