on the fifth of this month a man backing into the parking place behind my 4runner failed to stop before striking my bumper. his insurance is paying for repairs to the bumper.
the body shop is maybe 3 miles from the rental office. I went to the body shop to leave the 4Runner there. I was on hold nearly one hour trying to get the rental agency to pick me up. they had reserved a Audi Q5 Quattro. the controls were designed by an alien. the only thing I seen was it has good power

thanks Rod. I want it back also. I am uncomfortable with rental cars. always concerned about people hitting one and leaving with no note or anything
