The two part Martian Princess set from DAZ comes with little documentation and at first try I couldn't make the pars fit properly. Only now, years later have I figured out the problem. The base set contain parts that conform to the body. The second part is accessories. They are cr2's but they are do not conform but are to be parented to head, neck or chest but there is nothing obvious to tell you the parent for each item.
Here is how I figured it out now that I know how Poser works. I load an item and look at the parts list. If it is Body:Head:etc that means it is to be parented to the head. Body:Chest means parent to the chest. Not exactly obvious but that is how it works. But if you try to conform them they attach themselves any which way.
After getting all parts loaded I loaded materials from the sets and it looks like you see here. Worth the trouble. I have saved the complete set along with a V4 figure back in the library
Thanks for looking.

Nicely done! I found that a very fiddly costume when I first got it.

Yes, not at all pose friendly.

Reminds me of Deja Thoris, Princess of Mars, from the Edgar Rice Burroughs novels. I love the background! Very well done.

Glad you figured out how that outfit works! It doesn't look at all comfortable to lounge about in, at least not if it's metal, so I'm gonna imagine it as some kind of futuristic sci-fi material that adapts to her skin temperature and bends when she moves, instead of remaining rigid like metal! Perhaps the material actually bonds with her skin, as that would be the only way those breast cups would stay on :-) Nice backdrop for the Princess!
